First Order
How do I create a private account?
Click on login in the upper right corner and then click Sign Up. Fill in the required information and you will receive an e-mail confirming the activation of your account. If you have already added products in your shopping, you can complete your registration between step 1 and 2 in the order process.
Why should I login?
Logging in facilitates the ordering. Once you order something on our site, you don't have to enter your invoice and delivery address anymore. We are not using this information for advertising purposes.
As a customer you can sign up for our mailing list so that you occasionally receive our promotions and novelties by e-mail. You can unsubscribe at any time if you wish.
How do I find products?
On almost every page you can find a search box, top center. You can fill in a (part of a) article or manufacturer product number, product description or brand name.
Do I have to order over the internet?
Of course not. Unlike many other online stores, we have 8 physical stores. You can just walk into one of our stores and order there. You can view products, feel and try them,... and we will help you with any question or problem.
Can I compare products or product specifications?
Yes you can. For example, you want to compare a number of notebooks. Just click the main category. You will see a list of available articles. Flag the compare button in front of every product and hit the compare button. The products and product specifications are displayed side by side. Here you can choose to compare all specifications or a selection of shared specifications only. You can delete an article from the comparison by clicking the red cross.
How do I know if an item is on stock?
Our webshop contains over 60.000 items. On each item page, you can check the availability of the product (Pick-up locations Hasselt, Heusden, Houthalen, Neerpelt, Tongeren, Genk, Diest or Central distributor stock). We always try to get sufficient stock of all current items. The availability and delivery time is strongly dependent on the stock situation of our suppliers.
Are the stock values real-time values?
De stock values of our stores are updated every day. Central stock values are passed daily by our distributors and may differ from the values shown.
What if the desired item is not on stock or in order?
If the item is not on stock, the delivery time is subject to the delivery time from our distributor. You can always contact us by phone (every working day from 8h30 to 12h and from 13h to 17h at +32 11 246930 ) or by e-mail to inform about the delivery time. We try to answer your questions as fast as possible.

How to order?
Ordering on the EuroSys webshop is very simple. For each item you can click the green "Order" button to add the item to your shopping cart. Via the pop-up that appears, you can either continue shopping or go to your cart. When you have gathered all your products, click "Go To Shopping Cart" to get an overview of your products. Then simply follow the instructions:
STEP 1 Shopping Cart
Here you can find an overview of all the products you have added to your shopping cart. You can still add other items or click the "Proceed to delivery” button to go further in the process.
If you are not yet registered, you have to fill in your details here. If you are already registered, please login with your customer number and password.
STEP 2 Delivery
Here you can select your delivery method. You can choose to pick-up your order in one of our stores or you can choose to have it delivered at home or on another address in Belgium. Any shipping costs are added in the prize details (Shipping cost is valid for Belgium, for other countries please contact us). The information you give us, will be treated with great care and confidentiality.
STEP 3 Payment
In this step you can edit any error in your invoice or delivery address. You can choose to pay online via Visa, Bancontact and Mastercard. You will automatically be connected with the ogone payment module, which is very safe and protected in any possible way.
STEP 4 Confirmation
After the payment you will be redirected to the EuroSys webshop again. Here you will receive a summary of your order. This information is automatically mailed to the registered e-mail address. This e-mail is not a confirmation of your order! The second mail you receive is a final order confirmation with correct prices.

I lost my login and password.
Your login is the same as your customer number. You can find this number on all invoices you received. You can reset your password on the login page by clicking on the "Forgot password ?" link. Enter your customer number here, and within a few seconds you will receive an e-mail with a new password.
How do I know my order arrived at EuroSys?
After you ordered online you will automatically recieve an e-mail stating we have received your order in the webshop database. On the same day you will receive a second e-mail to confirm your order has been processed. If you didn't receive this mail, please contact us at +32 11 246930 (every working day from 8h30 to 12h and 13h to 17h).
When can I pick-up my order?
Once you received a third e-mail indicating that your order is ready for pick-up, you can go to one of our pick-up locations. This confirmation is necessary to get the order.
What is the status of my order?
You can ask the status of your order any time. Please send an e-mail and we will answer you as fast as possible.
Delivery
How much does a delivery cost?
Delivery by courier (GLS) or BPOST in Belgium costs 7,5€ per order. Orders over 250€ are delivered for free in Belgium.
Do you deliver to The Netherlands / Germany / France / Luxemburg?
The standard delivery conditions are not applicable for these countries. Please contact us to get detailed information.
When will I receive my order?
Orders can be shipped from our Central Stock or from our store in Hasselt. In your order confirmation mail you can find the expected delivery date. If the item is not available in Central Stock or in our store in Hasselt, please contact the store with stock and pick-up the product over there. If there is no stock available in central stock or in one of our stores, please contact us for a delivery time.
Can I have my order delivered to another address?
Yes, you can have your order delivered to another address in Belgium. You can add this information in "STEP 2 Delivery" of the order process. Under the invoice address you can choose for delivery at the same address or on another address. Here you can enter the new address and give it a description to save it for later use.
My order is not complete? What now?
If your order is not complete, it is possible that the article is not on stock right now. The ordered item will be shipped for free as soon as possible. If you have questions concerning the delivery of your order, please contact us by e-mail of telephone. Please mention your ordernumber so we can help you as efficient as possible.
I was not home when my order was offered. What now?
We recommend to choose a delivery address where someone is available during the day to sign off the order.
If a shipment is offered and cannot be delivered due to the absence of the recipient, it will be offered again the next day without additional costs. If the order needs to be offered again later, it is possible additional costs are charged.
Can I pick-up my order in a EuroSys store?
On every item detail page you can see the number of articles in stock in the different stores. Click on stores to find a EuroSys store nearby. In the confirmation mail of your order, you can find all information from the pick-up location/store.
Installations are done in the store where you pick-up your order. We have a technical support service to do repairs in every store. EuroSys is HP and Epson certified to perform repairs on all HP items (notebooks, desktops and servers) and Epson printers.
Payment
How do I pay?
To pay, you have several payment options:
·Cash or Bancontact in our pick-up locations,
·Visa, Bancontact and Mastercard with the Ogone online payment module
·Per transfer (in advance) on account number 235-0022593-04 together with your order number. Attention: the reservation of the ordered items and the processing of the order will be performed after receipt of the complete amount on our account.
What about the security of the payment?
For online payments we use the Ogone System, widely used by hundreds of institutions. By the "three-tier" structure of the mechanism, the confidentiality of credit card numbers will be guaranteed. At no time we as merchant will have the credit card number of the client.
All communication between the browser and Ogone e-Commerce is based on SSL coding. Ogone has a certificate issued by Verisign.
Other questions
How can I receive more information about promotions and special actions?
EuroSys is sending a monthly e-mail message to everyone who registered on the mailing list. These are new product announcements, special price promotions or events such as our annual Computer Festival. If you are registered, you are sure that you will be the first to know about this.
Moreover, you can unsubscribe yourself at any time, via the link that is mentioned in every e-mail.
I have a question not mentioned in the FAQ list?
Please send us an e-mail with your question and we will answer you as fast as possible.
I like your webshop and I would like to use it too?
No problem, the code of our shopping cart is for sales (NaviWeb 2010). You can always send us an e-mail with a description of your needs. We will contact you to schedule an appointment to discuss this together.
What determines the price?
- Do you have a layout or do we have to propose a design?
- What features do you want in the webshop?
- Are you reponsible for the webshop maintenance or do we have to do this?
- The required web space to run your site.
- etc.
